Steve's team was enthusiastic, proficient and professional in their interaction with me, whether they were those who showed potential buyers through the house, the auctioneer, handiman, photographer and stylists who gave the house life and appeal. As with any task of this type things can have hiccups. When they happened they were addressed, sorted and had no affect on a very pleasing outcome for my siblings and I, gaining a price well in excess of our expectations.
