A lovely lady and total professional in whom we could place our trust.

We first met Debra Ford in 2013 when initially purchasing a property in Kurri, and Debra went out of her way to show my wife several properties and gave us local insight into some we should also avoid. We ended up purchasing through another agent, however Debra remained friendly to us for over ten years and still dropped by to say g'day. Debra was a main driver in our decision to switch to Stone Real Estate once we rented out the property after a renovation, and Debra accurately forecasted a future sale price for us with her excellent local market knowledge. When it was time to sell Debra was the only person we had in mind as we knew we could place our trust in her, especially as we conducted our affairs from interstate and our knowledge of the NSW sales process is limited. Beneath the friendly persona, Debra is a gritty and no nonsense negotiator, and as an ex salesperson myself, I appreciated her ability to communicate, after hours dedication and her display of total professionalism. We would without hesitation recommend Debra Ford and Stone Real Estate to be engaged in either your purchase or sale ventures.
