We contacted Bryce in the very early stages, needing to sell a deceased estate property that had been unoccupied for 15 years. As you could imagine, the property was not in a good way. Bryce gave us some initial advice with respect to what needed to be done in preparation for the sale. Additionally, Bryce was the only agent we spoke to who knew what we needed to do with the pool which was non-compliant. He gave us all the details we needed for the Council and other agencies in order to get the property ready.
