Renee was incredible from the start. We saw the listing an hour or so after it was posted and sent an enquiry not expecting a response until business hours the next day but were pleasantly surprised that we heard back within the hour! Went to see the house for first inspection and made our offer and again within the hour we heard back from Renee saying we had been successful which was the best news! Throughout the whole process Renee has been so responsive to any enquiry we have had and she has even worked to ensure we got settlement as early as possible and we are expecting to move in 2 months earlier then previously anticipated. This has been such a fantastic experience to date and we are looking forward to picking up our keys and making the house our home. Thank you so much Renee and a shout out to Jorja too!! Debra has great market knowledge of the area. I have found the experience of selling our home with this agent stressful. I felt that I was pressured to allow people through my home even though I had told the agent I wasn’t ready. I felt that the agent did not listen to anything I said as she had a cash buyer and just wanted to make the sale.
