Debra's title of No 1 Female Agent in the Hunter Region is well deserved and she lived up to that with our property sale. What Debra said about the achievable price and how long our property would take to sell was spot on. Everything happened quickly, from the initial visit to staging, photography, some advice about a few details we could improve on, sign up then ads online and we were ready for the first Open. Debra said all along that we would find our buyer at that first open and we did!! Multiple offers resulted in more than we had hoped for. Debra then dealt with the buyers and solicitor to help us to exchange and we are now awaiting settlement in 4 weeks time. We highly recommend Debra and could not be happier with her service, communication and knowledge, she really does know her stuff and we would use her again in heart beat.

Renee came and did a free market appraisal without any hesitation. Once my house was ready to go on the market Renee came to my new home to get me to sign contracts- I didn't have to make my way to her office. The pictures taken of my home were really professional and showed off its best qualities. The promoting of my home was on point and attracted many people to the home of which they only required 1 of because from that I received 3 offers to purchase the house and all were above the expected price. I would recommend Renee and her team to anyone wanting to sell their home, her experience, knowledge and sales are second to none.
