Selling a property can be daunting at the best of times, add being out of the country and watch your stress levels rise. Tied up plan on 23 Dec then went on holiday 24 Dec. Detail marketing to commence after I get back home. 9 Jan Tel Renee "Back home". Renee replied "See you at 5:15pm" presumably to discuss marketing. Renee arrived and after a few mins said "I think they have arrived" My reply "Who" Renee "Oh didn't I tell you these people have been waiting for you to come home" ONE HOUR LATER MY HOUSE WAS SOLD Contracts exchanged 4 days later - what can I say! I would recommend Renee if you want a pleasant straight talker who does not offer impossible results but will act in your best interests. Her knowledge of the Real Estate Industry is outstanding.
