Debra is a very honest and carrying sales agent that makes sure the experience is good for all parties involved. She took great care of the outgoing tenants of our property resulting in the tenant maintaining it well for all the inspections. She also went above and beyond managing some issues on the property prior to the settlement as we were interstate. Most importantly, she achieved a sales price above our expectations. We bought this property through Debra many years ago and it was a no-brainer to also sell it through her.
