As we hadnt actually advertisedthe property, were pleasantly surprised when Debra approached us with an offer. When, in for t unatelt, that offer fell through, we thought oh well. We were then surprised a g a in when Debra informed us she had other buyers interested and set about showing others. From her intial contact and the final sale was only about 2months.
