Neil makes everything go seamlessly

This is my second review for Neil. He did a marvellous job of selling a property for my family in Gwynneville last year and this year, when I needed to sell my unit in North Wollongong, he was the only agent I considered. Neil has in depth knowledge of the market, based on long experience in the field, and I have never had to wait for him to get back to me. His agency, Stone Real Estate, judging from my contact with him and with other staff, has high standards and a high level of efficiency, including great technical expertise with the marketing and photography of the property. At the same time, the agency holds onto the old values of courtesy, friendliness and respect for the customer. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was explained very clearly. I have felt completely confident through the whole process of putting the property on the market, finding a buyer, negotiating the right price, and carrying out all the necessary paperwork (online) that follows on from the signature of the contract. Stone Real Estate is lucky to have an agent such as Neil.
