I found them very professional and able to understand people and communicate with people.

I had engaged Neil a previous time to sell my 4 bedroom home. He showed much empathy and sympathy as my husband had recently passed away. So when I decided to sell again I had no reservations in asking Neil to put my home on the market. He also had access to support services for any repairs or painting required before going to market. My home sold on the first open day.

Darnell is very professional and personable.

I met Darnell at an open house and found him to be professional, friendly, responsive, and helpful. We ended up buying that house, and based on that experience, I asked him to provide a quote to sell our current home. From the beginning, I found Darnell to be honest and very helpful in guiding us on what we needed to do to present our home for sale. He followed up with me regularly without ever being pushy, giving us the time we needed until we were ready to sell. Whenever I had any questions—even the silly ones—he was quick to respond, no matter the time of day. Our house sold in less than a week after the second open home, and we achieved a price we were very happy with. I believe Darnell’s excellent presentation, friendly personality, and professional approach are what make him so good at his job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
