More than the extra mile

Neil was exceptional throughout the entire sale process, and I honestly can’t recommend him highly enough. He sold my house not once, but three times — with the first two sales falling through for reasons completely outside both his control and mine. Through it all, Neil remained calm, professional, persistent, and incredibly supportive. What really stood out was how much he went above and beyond. He organised a range of trades to take care of all the little jobs needed to present the house at its absolute best, which made a huge difference. His advice, coordination, and attention to detail took so much stress off my shoulders. Most importantly, the final sale price exceeded my expectations, and I truly believe that was a result of Neil’s hard work, experience, and commitment to getting the best possible outcome. Strong Support Even When Things Didn’t Go Smoothly

This was provided before, during, and after with constant interaction, attention and a real genuine care for us way after hours where required.
