Carlos is phenomenal at what he does! He is down to earth and easy to work with, knows the market and works hard for every dollar. He didnt try and flog our property off to the first offer or the second or the third for that matter like PLENTY of others do so they can make a quick buck and get you off their books, he pushed to get what he knew the property was worth, did plenty of inspections and got us a great price, very much earned his fee. He and his team have been fantastic from the day we bought our property, managing it for us for years right through to the day we sold it over a decade later. From a family who has dealt in real estate for many years, Carlos and his team are fantastic in this field. Would buy, sell and work with him again any day of the week. Cheers mate!
