my feelings about Carlos Peters

If you want a agent who keeps you informed and up to date and gives value for money dont choose Carlos Peters. My wife and I have brought and sold 6 properties over the years and he would be the worst estate agent we have ever used. The property was sold on the 17th November and we did not receive any communication at all till settlement on the 15th Feb. I contacted him on 3 occasions but did not get any reply from him or his office. I had to contact the solicitor and follow up the matter when there was a delay in the sale. but on the other hand with the purchase of our new property Harcorts of Albion Park went above and beyond to help us with the purchase and kept us informed all the way.
