Hi Alex, I just wanted to say a very big thank you for everything you have done to help us with the purchase of our new home. You have been incredibly dedicated, patient and supportive throughout the whole process. I truly appreciate how much time and effort you put into helping us, especially whenever there were questions or things that needed to be sorted out. What makes me appreciate your support even more is that I knew absolutely nothing about Newcastle when I first started looking for a home there. I didn’t have any relatives or friends in Newcastle to guide me or help me understand the area. I was completely new to the city. That’s why your kindness, patience and willingness to help meant so much to me. Honestly, I didn’t feel like I was simply dealing with a real estate agent. I felt like I had an older sister guiding and supporting me through the whole journey. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.
