Todd Masons professionalism is second to none. He is in constant communication with the vendor to keep them updated on the progression of any interested parties. His negotiation skills are also second to none. My husband and I have used Todd in the past to sell a property in the New Lambton area. It was because of his excellent service on the sale of this property, I wanted to use him to sell my deceased fathers property in Swansea which is out of his area. I realised it may be a risk, using an agent who was not local. Todd did the necessary market research to establish the value of the property which I was totally happy with. Suffice to say, once again, Todd proved to be the right agent for the task at hand. He secured a price I was more than happy within a timely manner. I cannot recommend Todd highly enough. Anyone wanting to sell a property will definitely not be disappointed if they select Todd as their agent. He is an extremely hard worker who is also ethical. It is his hard work, negotiation skills and continued contact with the prospective buyer as well as the vendor that puts him at the top of my list.
