Andrew was fantastic the whole way through the sale. Andrew gauged the momentum of the interest through the campaign and knew the best strategy and timing to secure the best sale price. When it came down to negotiating with buyers, Andrew really came into his own. I was blown away at his efficiency and approach to create a fair and competitive playing field for all buyers, not to mention the sale price! Andrew was also incredibly helpful in obtaining quotes and coordinating everything prior to the sale. Andrew has worked with my whole family on their properties, and look forward to working with him again in the future. For anyone considering Andrew as their agent - have complete faith!

We worked with Steven Kourdis to sell our home. Initially we met his colleagues Jill Henry and Chris Smith because Steven was on leave. They offered a professional opinion about the next steps and then handed over to Chris, overseen by Steven. Mid way through the process we decided to change strategic direction if we didn’t reach certain ‘trigger points’. But those did not occur and we continued through to successful outcome and sold our property. Steven’s years of experience and knowledge of the area, assisted by a thorough understanding of their database of potential buyers made for a smooth efficient and painless process.
