Since first meeting Jason to discuss the prospect of selling. We clicked sharing a sports loving background. He appraised the property and it's potential if renovated. His Finance contact enabled me to draw down against equity with a better rate and T&Cs than my lender, in order to renovate. An unexpected hurdle was uncovered just prior to settlement from the buyers side. Causing settlement to be delayed several times through no fault of his own. From my experience as a sporting professional your skills as a professional are truly exposed under pressure.
