Dealt with Jason and Eva on my recant purchase and they both where great to deal with and patient as the bank dragged their feet on approval and i had to extend the approval dates a couple of times . Jason and his team where very accommodating and understanding . Made my first purchase a little bit easier and a bit less stressful. We met Jason at an open inspection for a property we were interested in but didn't end up purchasing. From the get go Jason showed interest and listened intently on what sort of property we were looking for and set about helping us in our search. He was prompt advising us of other properties that were for sale and some that were coming on the market soon. He was full of information about the properties he was selling and talked about, friendly in his interaction, and extremely professional. The one thing that stands out to me is how well his communication was once we had decided on a property we wanted to go to contract with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to sell or purchase a property again.
