We have bought and sold several properties and Jason has by far been the stand out agent to deal with. The true value of an agent can be seen especially during difficult market conditions. Jason has shown us respect, patience and been an absolute pleasure to deal with through the whole sale process. When the market conditions were difficult we took the property off the market but Jason continued working hard in the background to try to get us a sale. We were never pressured in any way to accept the first or even the second offer on the table. Jason in fact advised us against taking a low offer. This showed true integrity, honesty and dedication to us as the client to get us the best offer that he could. My experience With Jason was good, he was always in contact. He was aware of the state of the property as he had sold one similar which helped with the purchase of the property. I think he managed the property owner and the buyer in the sale of the property pretty well which I was surprised.

Jason is a very patient person, and understanding of the fact that I had had previous problems with real estates and was very wary, and at times cranky. Lol. Nothing is a problem to him, and he goes above and beyond to help you, even if you are not in the best of moods on the day. I appreciate everything he did for me, and the help he gave me. Jason has been nothing but a pleasure to deal with, I called him for a viewing with little notice and he was extremely accommodating, We then made a further time for a viewing after work that same day for my husband who was then caught in traffic for over an hour on his way, no complaints were made. This transaction has been a breeze. All issued were negotiated and rectified straight away.
