Jason Savage and his team are exceptional. Jasons experience in managing expectations for the property sale we undertook really stood out for us. His calm demeanour coupled with logical explanations for our decision making was backed up with fact. He worked for the best deal and managed the buyer fodder that presents when peoples offers are well out of market. Jason was frank and honest with us always and we never felt pressured to make a decision. When we did decide we did so fully informed. I was put in touch with Jason via a third party, which turned out to be a masterstroke. I had had the property valued by a couple of other real estate agencies and was a little disappointed with the valuations offered so I decided to contact Jason who was up front and confident (without being overconfident) that we could realize a better outcome than had been suggested. The process from that first phone call was like a whirlwind and within a fortnight the property was sold at $100K over the valuation given by others. Could not be happier with all the dealings and the result that I had with Jason. Would I use him again or recommend him to others, absolutely in a heartbeat I would.
