Michael originally sold me the house in 2013. He was easy to deal with as a purchaser and at no time did I feel like I wasnt being dealt with honestly and openly. He then kept in touch, and so a few years later when I was forced to sell and move from the area, he was a great source of advice on trades to get the house painted, handymen etc. Once it was ready for sale after discussing for many months with Michael the timing and features to be promoted, it sold 5 days after the first open day! A great result for me as it achieved more than I had expected! He really knows Manly and this crazy Sydney market!
