Even with odds stacked against her after our failed sale attempt with another agent, Marize still managed to get the highest offer and sale price in just a few weeks, OFF MARKET with no advertising budget. She only had quality, pre-qualified buyers and no time wasters which made the whole process so much less stressful. It just shows her network and reputation is built from the same quality experience we had. Marize also wasn’t afraid to speak up or stand her ground when needed, which you need when you don’t have a voice as the vendor. She had the right attitude and approach from the start and it was apparent from our first conversation. Our only regret is that we were lazy in appointing the first agent. It would have saved a lot of stress and disappointment if we’d been more diligent in our efforts to find Marize in the first place. I am a long-standing real estate buyer's agent so I deal with agents on a daily basis so I see it all!! While we both had clients that came with some "challenges" along the way - Marize was ALWAYS a pleasure to deal with, if I need further information - she got it - quickly. While she protected her vendors' interests, she always listened to my point of view - which most agents don't as their ego gets in the way, which I respected . All in all Marize was great to deal with and although she might not high profile - I woud recommend her to any vendor in the area who is looking for a professional agent who sees a sale as the start of long term relationship that a sale at any price.
