My wife and I were extremely interested in a property. We attended the open house and made an opening offer to a representative. We received a call from Troy saying we were low and were instructed to give our highest offer. I gave a fair offer but stated it wasn't our final and Tony stated that our offer was our last chance to secure the property. So my wife and I waited to hear back and we did with a call from Tony saying we were unsuccessful. We were upset. I said to Tony ill make another offer and he refused to accept it. As a recent seller through My Peopperty Group I was shocked. I am sure the seller would like the highest price? So I made another offer anyway and Tony said sorry I won't accept it. 5 minutes later we received a call from Tony stating we had won the property and when I questioned the final price Tony said sorry I have called the wrong people to that I said we want the property I added another 5k to the offer and Tony said come down now and pay the deposit before I get any more calls. We did so and are very happy with our purchase. Im not sure if this was a total play by Tony non the less the fact is that we never met Tony and had an unpleasant dealing with him over the phone. And wouldn't recommend as a seller.
