We could not be more happier with the service and help we got from Troy and everyone at R&W Narellan.
We had massive hurdles to jump to make our sale happen. Stay with me while you read through this.
My wife and I decide it was time to sell in spring farm and move to acreage.
We had a few agents come over and tell us we had a nice house and looked around. Then they just wanted to talk general conversation in our kitchen.
As soon as Troy turned he professionalism was noticeable from the door. Insisted on taking his shoes off even though we said it was ok to leave them on.
Walked around the house with us taking notes and mental notes. Once the walk through concluded he asked for us to sit at the table to run through everything. Straight to the point.
We decided to list with R&W at the start of November.
2 weeks on the market before the first open house.
On the day of the open house we had around 14 people come through. Within 4 hours of the first open home we had accepted an offer for more then what we wanted.
During the cooling off period, we had to obtain our final occupation certificate. The issues started.
We had unauthorised building works in our back yard in the way of a deck against our fence.
We had to cut it back.
During the entire time we where doing this. Troy organised numerous visits with the vendor to make sure they where happy with how it was being done and if they had any request, so we didn’t loose the sale.
Long story short we got it all done the vendor was over the moon and brought the settlement forward.
Highly stressful time for all and if it wasn’t for Troy and the team at R&W Narellan we may not of had a sale before Christmas.
