Andrew was impressive at first sight and we found him to be candid and honest about the property and it's various idiosyncrasies. Andrew sought to support us at the auction and didn't badger us at all, rather, informing us in a timely manner that the property was on the market and if we wanted it, then was the time to give it our best shot. He seems to deal very well with a demographic cross-section - the elderly vendors and the various parties that attended the auction.
