Smooth Sale
Mark was efficient, always on time and always available for questions and assistance. Open house was well run. Mark assisted by connecting us with a styler to style the house and a painter. Professional And Personal Approach
From the time Michelle walked in our front door she exuded a confident and professional manner. She was also very personable. The house was on the market one week and sold on the first viewing. Real estate champion
From the start Shane was incredibly knowledgeable and completely transparent about what we could achieve with our property and how we would go about it. Rather then use every real estate trick in the book, Shane advised us what tools to implement such as certain photography techniques and different levels of staging which ensured we not only achieved a high return, but minimized expenses. He also liaised with various other agencies to accomplish this on our behalf, including a landscaping services to keep the lawns and plants well manicured during the sale/inspection process. Shane’s dedication to selling our house is unmatched as he continually went outside his hours and opened the property up multiple times for potential buyers, including a Sunday morning. This dedication saw our property sold within two weeks, and achieve a sale that exceeded our expectations. Overall Shane is an easy going, knowledgeable and sincere agent who isn’t overbearing or unrealistic.
