Sean and Emily filled us with confidence with their demonstratable experience with the specific target markets and selling strategies for our particular property. They communicated frequently in a way that brought us up to speed quickly, with sound logic to back up suggested actions. If there was any groundwork involved in following through on suggested actions, they took care of it all for us (quotes for work, researching the options to fix anything). They had a good understanding of our budget and always presented several options. We found the sale was very easy and we're thrilled with the sale price.
