Alex has gone above and beyond to make sure the sale of my home has gone smoothly. She had previously sold this property twice before selling it to me. When I bought the house from Alex in 2019, she said she couldn’t wait to see what I did with the property in years to come. Fast forwarding to me messaging her six years later to let her know I was thinking of selling, Alex instantly remembered who I was and she was interested in the not just the journey my property had been on in terms of renovations/upgrades, but my personal journey as well. Every conversation we had from our initial consultation started with a personal check in before we talked business which made me feel like a “person” as opposed to “just another client”. Alex respected the sentimental value my house had to me and was very supportive and was not pushy in me getting the house market ready. She worked to my schedule as opposed to me working to hers, which was very much appreciated. Alex was determined to get a price that was the best possible result, reflective of not just my hard work, but also her prowess as a real estate agent. At times I had my doubts, but Alex always reminded me to “trust the process” and that if I do that, everything will work out.
