Ashton gave very clear updates on the progress of the selling of the property. His advice was clear but flexible. We did have a period after initial listing where we did not hear from him for a period of 4 weeks and had to initiate contact. This did occur around the period of COVID lockdown so there may have been unforeseen circumstances. After reinitiating contact with Ashton the process to sale was clear and efficient with regular updates to us, the sellers. We were pleased with the outcome, and happy to have a result, given the uncertain circumstances of COVID. Thank you Ashton.

Working with Ashton and his team was a great experience overall. He walked us through the entire process which is a bit different in our current climate. Since the moment we met him, we build up an immediate trust. Ashton is a very friendly and polite person, along with his professional attitude that he showed us during the process of selling our 3 bedrooms unit. He always showed up in time for our scheduled inspections times, he helped adjusting our unit to its potential and he gave us the confidence that we needed. His efficiency in doing his work being always available, super responsive on our calls and questions, made us to trust in him. I believe that he “Act like an owner” and we did see a great achievement of his efforts at the end, when he managed to sell our unit in just 3 weeks, prior to Auction for a record price, with over 16 offers.
