Ashton gave very clear updates on the progress of the selling of the property. His advice was clear but flexible. We did have a period after initial listing where we did not hear from him for a period of 4 weeks and had to initiate contact. This did occur around the period of COVID lockdown so there may have been unforeseen circumstances. After reinitiating contact with Ashton the process to sale was clear and efficient with regular updates to us, the sellers.
