Excellent service and result
We engaged Patrick and his team to sell a tenanted apartment in Parramatta. Patrick recommended starting with an off-market campaign, as selling with a tenant in place can sometimes be challenging. If it didn’t achieve the right result, the plan was to wait until the tenant vacated in six months before listing it on the open market.
