Adam is a dedicated real estate agent and fulfilled his commitments to sell my property. He maintained regular communication by providing weekly updates and reports. He was agreeable to work under a progressive fee structure and his back office support was friendly and efficient. It should be noted that my price expectations were not reached even though Adam stated they were achievable. It is accepted that the market is difficult and the price obtained for the property was good. A couple of other improvements Adam needs to consider are as follows: 1) Adopting a selling strategy that includes auction when there are few buys around. 2) His approach towards vendors when an offer is made and the tactics he applies.

We have recently sold and bought property through Adam Denina at Starr Partners Parramatta and we have found him to be knowledgeable, professional and likeable. He’s a straight talker who looks after his clients by being completely open about the facts and keeping them informed, unlike other agents we’ve known who manage their clients by keeping them in the dark. Adam has found us the perfect investment property to buy and educated us about the market, based on his insider knowledge. We’ve come to trust him. Then when we auctioned a property, he introduced us to a very well-oiled system that his clients can rely on. He sat us down beforehand and took us through all possible scenarios so there’d be no surprises during the bidding process. Together we decided how we’d respond to all possible outcomes on the day, so we couldn’t be influenced adversely by heat-of-the moment pressure. As it turned out this preparation paid off. This was a very different experience to a previous auction with another agent, who worked against us the whole time, undermined our price expectations so we’d accept any offer just to sell it, and left us with a very unpleasant opinion about the industry. When I was looking to sell my first property I met with three different agents and Adam was just what I was looking for - confident, knowledgable, ambitious, friendly and approachable! His fees are a little higher than other agents but the strategies he uses (e.g. separate agents to work with the seller and the buyer) were great, and he also helped me save money in other areas like using digital photo styling rather than paying thousands for a stylist. All in all, I was kept updated along the way through texts, calls and emails, and I am very happy with the end result! It took 4.5 weeks from putting my property on the market to finding a buyer, and 6 weeks to settle, and it was organised and streamlined from start to finish. I would highly recommend Adam and his team if you are looking to sell your property in the Parramatta/North Parramatta area :) Thanks Adam!
