Auction Experience

Have previously sold real estate but this is the first time I had gone to auction. From day one of the engagement right though until the auction, I found Shaun and the extended Stone Realty team to be fully professional. His knowledge on the local market was first class and on the money. Feedback was provided regularly on all aspects of the marketing campaign, with suggestions & recommendations provided on any areas which needed to be addressed. Auction day had its hic ups, but these were all resolved in a very profesional & calm manner. End result of the auction was a very pleasing outcome.
