Pre rent: Made my life easier by guiding me on the best approach to take to rent the product of my choice even with a short notice. Made it happened. Bit disappointed by the difference between what was expected to get once we get the keys and what we got. I guess it's the difference between a sales agent and a property manager. We had to spend a significant amount of money to put the property in the condition we expected to receive it and a lot of fixes occurred after we entered despite 3 weeks between signing the lease and our arrival. During the rental period: Very accessible, fast to respond and provide informations.

We decided to lease our property out for a few years recently and shopped around for a good agent. I’d heard good things about Stone so we invited Anthony Zakos to our home for a presentation. We were most impressed with what we were hearing and gave him our business. We went to market a few weeks later but by the first open we had already secured an excellent tenant thanks to Anthony’s hard work. Welcoming agent at the viewing. Everything else since then very smooth and easy. The systems they use are great and updates for things such as fire alarm testing are given in good time and reminders sent which is super helpful
