Welcoming agent at the viewing. Everything else since then very smooth and easy. The systems they use are great and updates for things such as fire alarm testing are given in good time and reminders sent which is super helpful

Our experience with Stone Real Estate for the lease of our property has been very positive. Anthony was very professional and transparent at the beginning of the engagement. He didn't overpromise, listened and wasn't pushy. He supported us with getting our house ready for the open homes and securing a good tenant. The transition over to Ruby once the lease had started was smooth and we haven't had any issues 3 months in. We are very happy and would recommend Stone Real Estate at any time.

We have had such a great experience with Stone Real Estate Seaforth since moving in a few weeks ago, every time we have engaged with them. They provided us with the most warm welcome, and even gave us a box with some lovely little items to help us settle in on our first night. The lady that we picked our keys up from was so helpful and warm, and gave us all the information we needed (contacts etc.). Cathy has been our agent and has been amazing; she was immediately on top of it when we had an issue with our aircon leaking outside, she was really communicative and managed it superbly. I even told the landlord when he came over how great Stone Seaforth had been! Thanks for helping us get settled :)

I was very impressed with the process of moving into my new rental property. Everything was clear and straightforward, from the agreement to key collection and knowing who to contact with any questions. It was also a lovely touch to receive a small gift or starter pack when collecting the keys - it really helped ease the stress of moving in.
