Cool agency in the south of Tasmania
After purchasing the house through Elders Kingborough, I needed 6 mos to wind up my overseas affairs being moving down to Tasmania, and Lauren called out the likely tenant for such a lease straight up - "either people building in the area, or escapees from the Mainland!" So the tenants requirements were an exact fit from the Mainland. Very helpful, resourceful and importantly what you don't get from the big agencies, person friendly people that actually care. Locals that love their community. I can recommend Elders Kingborough for Owners looking to find quality tenants that won't give you any trouble. THank you Elders - great job!

Talia and the team at Elders Kingsborough have done an excellent job with every aspect of the management of our property from the outset. A fully furnished small holding, our property brings with it challenges on both maintenance and marketing. Talia has navigated these challenges effectively for ourselves and the Tennant's. The information set we receive from elders monthly and annually is very clear, making annual taxation and yield management a breeze.
