Well what can we say…. After buying our land last year from Dean straight away we could feel he really cared about his clients. He has worked tirelessly over and above for us in selling our home. Dean did a great job of assessing the crowd that had gathered for my Dad's auction. He did a fabulous job of teasing out any offers lingering in the crowd but was considered in his advice to us not to accept the highest offer on the day - he knew Dad's house was worth more and we shouldn't settle for the sake of a sale. We eventually sold for a much better price. Dean was clear, professional and lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend.
