We found Dean to be professional and helpful - without the spin. He got back to us quickly with answers to our queries and while he was clearly engaged by the vendors, it was a pleasure to be able to discuss the property openly with him. He then arranged for the Sold sign "ceremony" after hours and sent through photos later. We did that with the vendors, so they must've been pretty happy too!
