Well marketed and presented property, great communication and always ready to assist.

We purchased a property listed by Joseph and Storia Estate Group. The property's condition was well represented in photos and Joseph and his team were easy to deal with from the 1st inspection thru negotiations and settlement. Excellent feedback, Quick Thinking!

Joseph and his team were great to work with, they always got back to me! We had our house under contract prior to going to Auction! The market has changed so quickly and these guys were proactive with changes in getting the job done! They gave me a name of a cleaner Dave that got in and help us out as well.
