We have been extremely happy with the service provided by Janelle and the team at Storrier Realty. They have been wonderful to deal with, always professional, friendly and approachable. Communication is fantastic, and we are always kept up to date with anything happening with our investment property. It is reassuring to know that our property is being managed by a team who genuinely care, are proactive in dealing with any issues and always go above and beyond to make things as easy as possible for us as landlords. We really appreciate Janelle and the entire team’s hard work, dedication and personal approach. We purchased the property 18th of Feb 2015 from Brett storrier. Since June 2015 storrier real estate has been our property manager. We have never had any issues at all with the storrier team always find us execellent tennants. Storrier real estate are very through with regular inspections of our property always addressing any issue very promptly and efficiently. We have never had a bad tennant at this property. But had issues with a real nasty tennant at a property not managed by storrier real estate and janelle storrier was more than happy to assist us with the process of ncat to get this person evicted .Truly could not recommend a nicer and professional team to manage your investment other than storrier real estate.
