Upon switching to Strud, one of our properties tenants were moving out prematurely. This required that a new tenant be signed up. Since the rules state that when you are changing a managing agent, the new agent has no authority until one month has passed we faced the prospect of our property lying vacant for a month or more. Through the action taken by Strud we were able to acquire a new tenant quickly so in the end there was only 8 days of the property being vacant. Vacancy means loss of potential income. So Struds ability to negotiate with the old managing agent effectively means more money in our pocket. Thanks heaps Strud team. Paul and Michiko Saver

I had a really good experience with this agency. The property managers I’ve met and spoken with are all very lovely and professional. They have very quick response times and were great at reaching out to check details in my application. Whereas other property agents don’t take the time to do this. The Communication was great and everything was handled efficiently, which made it a lot less stressful. Very efficient response and just a smooth process from start to finish.
