Great company, property managers were very helpful throughout. Even though it was during Christmas and New Year's time so business hours were not great but they were able to accommodate throughout. Communication through email and phone was very good.

On those occasions when communications were via phone calls, Chloe maintained her professionalism whilst also presenting as very personable. Each step of the application process, we were given regulate updates. Once the application was approved, we appreciated the notification via the direct call from Chloe and the enthusiasm with which it was delivered. After which, handbooks and lease agreement were delivered with speed electronically for our perusal and completion.
