What an absolute pleasure i had to have dealings With josh Dawson! We first met Josh about three years ago and stayed in contact, even when we didn’t know when we’d be ready to sell. He regularly checked in and discussed our home’s value. When we unexpectedly found our next home and needed to move quickly, Josh was there every step of the way. He walked through our home room by room, advising us on repairs, styling and what to move out. He explained timelines and paperwork, answered our questions and even dropped off flyers first thing in the morning!
