I would like to start off by saying that we do not usually answer unsolicited calls, but I think the day I took that call from Jack Allen was no coincidence. When Jack asked if we had any plans to sell the house, we told him outright what our price point was. What we were met with was integrity and honesty in our expectations, he told us that the value does not meet the current market as of yet and that he would call back if the value changes. How amazing! In previous experiences, I was being given nice words just to get us to sign the contract, but instantly we knew that wasn't the case with Jack. A month later, Jack called again, and we were confident to have him represent us. His drive ensures smooth and seamless sales, along with clear communication to work out the bumps and to celebrate the achievements. One time, Jack informed us of a possible leak in the bathroom and immediately organised check and repair through our warranty resulting in fixed baths and carpet changes for the house to be perfect for sale. With the current state of the world, with fuel and housing crises, legislative changes, interest rates and overall decreased buyer condidence, selling houses is a big challenge. Jack overcomes the challenges with great communication skills, integrity and honesty, excellent rapport between us, our property manager, legal team, potential buyers, and most importantly, he shows huge consideration and thoughtfulness to our tenants. The end result was a magnificent win-win situation for us as sellers, to our buyer, and to everyone else in between. Jack Allen and the team at Strud Property deserve 10/10 stars!
