I travelled from overseas to execute the sale of my parents house. After making contact with Stuart - recommended by a family member - he provided the needed guidance and understanding regarding the paperwork involved. His recommendations and suggestions towards preparing the property for the market were thoughtful and on point. While discussing the variety of options available - we enjoyed a good hot cuppa tea! The improved appearance of the house and yard, inside and out, made it very presentable, photographs were taken and the listing posted online. During the week, Stuart hosted several tours, received several offers and negotiated a selling price above asking. Within a week of listing, the house was sold. Stuart remained in contact via phone and emails with details once I returned overseas. The man knows his business. I could relax and confidently follow his advice.
