Rowan is an excellent agent

Rowan's experience was invaluable. The property was a difficult one to sell as it did not present well. Rowan offered practical advice regarding a tidy up and recommended a tradesman to do the work for a reasonable cost. The property then sold for more than was expected. A great result!
