Despite the downturn in the property market, being June 2022 when we put our property on the market, Sam kept a positive attitude towards the sales process. He was showing our property twice a week for a few months even though there were tenants who had to be reminded to tidy up. There were several ridiculous offers which Sam managed to deflect so that it wasn't disheartening for us to hear. Sam kept us informed after each viewing and gave us honest feedback, opinions and valuable advice.
