I first found Sam Theo when we were looking to rent out our house in the suburb of St Peters. We had lived in the house some 25 years earlier and had since moved interstate. We were now keen to have someone to manage locally following the departure of a long-term tenant we had been managing directly. I contacted several organisations, only two of which responded, Sam being one of those. He impressed me immediately with his local knowledge and an office just around the corner from where the property was located. He was very obliging with the opportunity to meet, see the property, and give me an appraisal.
