Easy to communicate with

When we first viewed the house we ended up buying, we didn't even have pre-approval yet. Aaron was very approachable and easy to communicate with and keep up to date with our progress in the process. He kept us updated on any changes during the campaign, and was encouraging during the whole process, and happy to answer any questions we had.

Respect, professionalism and knowledge backed by amazing team

But of paramount importance to us as sellers, was knowing how he and his team treated and engaged with potential buyers. As parents of three adult children who have been/will be in the market to buy a home, we equally valued respect, guidance and honesty in dealings with potential buyers of our home - Aaron and his assistant Will did not disappoint, and this is evident in the rating also given by the buyer of our home. Aaron and Will were superbly backed by their team at Suburbia through clear communications from initial discussions to the eventual sale.
