Renae sold my property in a record amount of time. As it was vacant land, she had marketed it well to attract buyers and had it under contract within the week for asking price. Beyond their expertise and professionalism, Summit Estate Agents provided in-depth explanations to all of our questions and went above and beyond to assist us in every way possible. They took a personable approach and have set the benchmark extremely high. We are struggling to find a comparable agency to use in other towns where we also hold properties as their customer service, attention to detail and prompt communication is simply second to none.
