I was helped to get my Unit 5 years ago after separating with my husband and selling our home quickly. I have such gratitude to Summit and their staff who have made the last 5 years awesome. Being someone who keeps a clean home as you treat everyones home as you would treat your own. Summit and my unit owner have taken my financial situation into account and have made me be able to stay there this long and I send a big thankyou. After getting the initial lease contract, I was pressured into signing it and personnel was rude to me for not signing it in 2 days. After signing the contract, it proofs impossible to reach Holly. She never answers her phone and everything I call the office she is unavailable. I requested an extra key for my girlfriend to move in with me. The reply was she needed to be added to the lease and this needed to be discussed with the owner. My girlfriend was asked to send through allot of documents. After doing this, things moved incredibly slow and feedback was terrible. After a total of 6 weeks (!) I got a reply that new keys were cut before my moving in, which is why they only had 1 key available (?). This does not make sense to me but I am tired now and I am just happy to get an extra key at this moment. The costs of getting a new key cut are for me.
