We have known Ruth for over 8 years. Ruth showed us around Binningup initially, unfortunately we didn’t end up buying from her. That didn’t make any difference though, as she is a supportive community member to all Binningup residents. She knew when we were away during a very damaging storm, she checked on our property and helped to clear up the mess! Ruth kept in contact with us and when a mini real estate boon was in progress she let us know, as a result she sold our house with one home open and a 30 day settlement and close enough to our asking price.
