Tim Cooper is very prossional at his job. He negotiates with both the buyer and the seller to ensure all terms and conditions are met to a satisfactory level. In my experience with Tim, he achieved the best possible outcome within such a short period of time. I highly recommend Tim Cooper as a real estate agent to anyone wanting to sell there house.

Always been more than happy with using Tim as our sales agent now for both our family home and our investment beach block. Highly competent and has very professional communication. Very happy customers.

Tim was very tolerant in dealing with me, I placed the property just prior to overseas departure and had the misfortune to have major communications problems back to Summit from overseas. On arrival back in the country contacted Tim and a deal was struck in a very short space of time, I have no hesitation in recommending Tim Cooper on my experience.

Tracy made the process of buying my house easy with her knowledge and experience in the local real estate market. I found Tracy to be honest, friendly, enthusiastic and professional. At no stage did Tracy try to pressure me with selling tactics and bull#%it I’ve experienced in the past ( thanks Trace). I would definitely recommend Tracy Mills to anyone buying or selling real estate

Tim always kept us up to date with progress even when there was no one looking, always kept us informed on the update of the Stata Title progress with Freshwater Lakes & the Shire of Harvey. Thanks Tim for keeping us informed and up to date, and most of all getting our property sold. Kind regards, Rebecca and Chris

Tim provided good marketing options in a tough selling market and we received an acceptable offer within a few weeks of listing. He kept us up to date with feedback on inquiries and progress of our sale. We got the result we were after. Cant be happier than that.

We have bought and sold over 20 properties in the past decades. We have considerable experience of real estate negotiation (Edgar Morgan of the the then Roy Western Real estate would often ask our opinion on Rural properties) Ruth has been the best. most efficient and friendliest of all those we have met. We would certainly use her again if (doubtfully) we ever move again

Tracey recently sold a piece of land for us. She did an awesome job with a number of offers and one actually falling through before the final one. Tracey constantly kept us informed of negotiations and potential buyers. Her market knowledge and advice was excellent and her service was brilliant. We would definitely recommend Tracey, so much so she is our sales person for our other piece of land. Thank you Tracey for your hard work.
