When we first saw our house online we both thought that it might be the one we were looking for, so I proceeded to book a viewing. When I arrived there was Adrian, who I had personally known for quite a few years, he was very welcoming and had a great understanding of the market at that time. As soon as we walked in we both knew it was the house for us, we sat down with Adrian and talked offers. The process to buy our home was very quick and easy. We found the home online, first communication with Adrian was very helpful in organising to see the home in the busiest time of the year.... Christmas. However, Adrian's willingness to work at such a time and then to communicate with the home owners was immediate. The actual purchasing of the home was again a very smooth process with the negotiations between us all and willingness to accommodate certain time frames and overseas travel that impacted the process. But it all went so smoothly and quickly. Also we appreciated the helpful local knowledge, as well as Adrian's practical skills knowledge, such as how to maintain 'slate floors'. This was the first and last home we looked at in our moving process into this area. Thank you sincerely for everything.
