Despite being very busy, Tracy was very accommodating and worked with us around our limited availability. She was clear, fair and professional about a multiple offer situation, and we're happy to have been the successful buyer. Everything went smoothly and settlement was sooner than expected.

From the 1st time we meet Tracy till our final goodbye she was the best, mabe the whole process as easy as if could be. From viewing houses at short notice to answering out messages on weekends nothing was a issue, I only have great things to say about Tracy...

After Sharon was hospitalised it was necessary for us to take our house off the market. When Sharon was discharged from hospital 5 months later he was generous enough to again put our house back on the market at no cost to us.The house sold virtually within 4 days. Excellent result Adrian thank you

Dealing with Tracy was so easy, she had my best interest at heart, and had the property sold in a short space of time, for the amount we wanted - extremely happy

We chose Adrian as our agent as he was the most experienced and likeable agent we met and conducted himself with honesty and integrity. We could tell from our dealings with local agents he had the best chance to sell our house without a headache. Adrian was able to price the house in the right price range which led to a virtually immediate sale. Great agent and would use again in the future.

Initially we enquired about a market value on or house and we’re surprised by Tim’s valuation. After deciding to go to market we made a few changes on Tim’s recommendation and once completed the house sold very quickly at slightly above Tim’s best price. Dealing with Tim’s team was a pleasant and very pleasing experience all round and made what could have been a harrowing experience very easy.

My experience with Tim and his team was excellent. I had recently lost my husband and was very stressed about purchasing a home but they made it so easy

Adrian was so helpful and accommodating from the start. As we all know the bank/loan sides of things can be very stressful & frustrating but when we hit these sort of bumps in the road Adrian helped in whatever way he could in to make sure we secured our dream block of land! Looking forward to working with him in the future to sell our current home.
